Ibistra Tech exists because small and mid-market businesses deserve AI-native software built for how they actually work — not enterprise systems adapted down, and not generic tools that make you change your workflow to fit theirs.
We started Ibistra Tech after watching small businesses around us struggle with the same problem: the software available either didn't fit how they actually worked, or it was priced for enterprises ten times their size.
These businesses were running operations on spreadsheets, WhatsApp, and paper records — not because they didn't want better systems, but because nothing on the market was built for them specifically.
Our team brings deep experience across enterprise IT, startup product development, and system integration. We understand both sides — how large-scale software is built, and what it actually takes to make it work for a team of ten.
The goal has always been the same: make personalised software affordable for businesses that are growing — so they can build the operational foundations that let them scale, especially now that AI can remove a lot of the manual overhead.
