FieldTrack gives service organisations full control over their field operations from one platform. Admins manage customers, machine inventory with calibration tracking, AMC and warranty service contracts, and billing — all from a web dashboard. Engineers receive job assignments on their mobile app, tap to start (which locks the in-time), update job status on the go, and attach photos and videos on completion. Every status change syncs instantly to the Admin dashboard. Calibration expiry and scheduled visit reminders fire 10 days in advance so nothing slips through. The billing system generates Attend and Complete bills separately based on job action, with download access restricted to admins. Role-based access — Super Admin, Admin, Engineer — controls exactly what each person can see and do.
