FabTrack manages the full production lifecycle from yarn receipt to fabric delivery. Production managers create Jobs and link multiple knitting Programs to each — each Program defines machine diameter, fabric type, GSM, stitch length, and estimated output with auto-generated program codes. Yarn inward, yarn return, and fabric delivery are all tracked against the Job, with balances and completion percentages updating automatically. Machine maintenance schedules and employee-machine assignments keep the floor running efficiently. When fabric delivery plus yarn return reaches the total yarn received, the Job status auto-completes — no manual chasing required. Productivity reports give management a clear view of machine output and employee performance over time.
