Can you integrate with our on-premise ERP that has no public API?
Yes. We handle legacy integration through database-level connectors, file-based exchange (SFTP, CSV, XML), and custom middleware that wraps internal endpoints. Most older ERP systems have at least one integration pathway — we find and use it.
How do you handle data sync failures so nothing gets lost?
Every integration we build uses a queue-based architecture with retry logic, dead-letter queues for failed messages, and alerting. Failed events are stored and retried automatically, and your team gets notified if a threshold of failures is reached.
We have a custom PHP application — can you integrate it with modern SaaS tools?
Yes, this is one of our most common engagement types. We build API layers or webhook receivers on top of existing PHP applications, letting them participate in modern data flows without a full rewrite.
Do you build the integrations in our codebase or as separate services?
It depends on the volume and criticality. Low-frequency integrations typically live inside your existing Laravel or Symfony application as background jobs. High-volume or high-criticality integrations are better as dedicated microservices so they can be scaled and monitored independently.
