Why Claude API instead of OpenAI?
We are an Anthropic Registered Partner, which gives us early API access, technical support from Anthropic, and deep familiarity with Claude's capabilities and limitations. That said, we recommend the model that fits the task — we are not dogmatic about it.
Can you add AI to our existing Laravel or PHP application?
Yes. The most common pattern is building an API service that sits alongside your existing application — your Laravel app calls it for AI-powered tasks without any architectural overhaul. We can also integrate directly into your codebase if the scope is smaller.
What kinds of workflows are good candidates for AI automation?
Document classification, data extraction from PDFs and emails, first-draft generation for reports or summaries, customer query routing, anomaly detection in operational data, and any workflow that currently requires a human to read and categorise unstructured information.
How do you ensure the AI outputs are accurate enough to rely on?
We build evaluation harnesses — test sets drawn from your real data — and measure accuracy before going live. We also design human-in-the-loop checkpoints for high-stakes outputs so there is always a review step where it matters.
Do you handle the AI infrastructure or just the integration?
Both. For Claude API, there is no infrastructure to manage on your side — it is an API call. For self-hosted models or custom pipelines, we handle the infrastructure setup and ongoing management as part of our Managed Services.
