Nudgenie
Affordable WhatsApp marketing for SMBs & mid-market, run on Meta's own Cloud API. Meta Tech Provider.
Flat monthly pricing, not per-seat. Run WhatsApp campaigns on Meta's own Cloud API — live delivery tracking, zero-markup Meta costs, and automatic opt-out — built for small and mid-market businesses, not enterprise budgets.
About Nudgenie
Meta's WhatsApp Cloud API is a set of building blocks, not a product. Sending one campaign means someone has to handle token and credential management, template submission and approval, building and maintaining a contact list, and tracking who actually got the message. Most teams either hire engineers to wrap all of that themselves, or hand their WhatsApp number over to a third-party tool and lose control of the relationship. Nudgenie is the wrapper — built once, run by your marketing team, with your business staying in direct control of your own WhatsApp Business Account.
Everything Inside Nudgenie
Segment your list with real fields, not just tags
Build a typed attribute catalog — string, number, boolean, date, or enum — and filter live audiences against it, including date and recurring-date conditions. See your audience size before you send, not after. Segments resolve live, so they're never a stale export.

WhatsApp campaign delivery tracking that traces to Meta, not a guess
Delivery status — sent, delivered, read, failed — comes from Meta's own webhook callbacks, never assumed from an API call succeeding. Campaigns move through real states (Draft → Scheduled → Sending → Partially Delivered → Completed), with Throttled and Failed tracked separately, so "did it actually go out" is never a guessing game. If a campaign gets stuck, resend just the recipients who failed instead of rebuilding it from scratch.
Real WhatsApp Flows — not a chatbot wearing the name
Nudgenie manages the full lifecycle of native WhatsApp Flows — create, version, publish, retire — authored through JSON or a form editor. This isn't a proprietary chatbot rebranded as a "Flow builder": it's Meta's actual Flow primitive, so what you build works the way Meta's own documentation says it will. Included from the Growth plan.

AI-assisted first response, on Meta's own agent
For common inbound questions, Meta's AI Business Agent can handle the first response automatically, inside the same 24-hour conversation your team already sees — so simple questions get answered immediately, and your operators pick up wherever it makes sense to. Included on the Business plan.

See what you're actually paying Meta
Usage and spend, broken down by Meta's own message categories (marketing, utility, authentication), against a rate card that updates the moment Meta changes its pricing — no waiting on a deploy, no opaque markup buried in an invoice.

Know a number is in trouble before a campaign gets throttled
Every connected WhatsApp number shows its Meta-reported quality rating and current sending tier. Nudgenie warns you before you send if a number is degraded or approaching its daily limit, instead of letting you find out mid-campaign.

Automatic WhatsApp opt-in and opt-out compliance
No message goes out to a contact without recorded consent. If someone replies STOP, or Meta reports a block or complaint, they're removed from future sends automatically — no manual list cleanup required.

See inbound replies without leaving the platform
Inbound messages land in a live conversation view per contact, so your team always knows what a customer said back — no checking a phone, no missed replies buried in a personal WhatsApp.

Role-based access built in
Admins and campaign operators see different things by design — user management stays with admins; operators get the campaign, contact, and template tools they need to run their day without needing admin rights.

Run more than one WhatsApp number, one team
A single account can manage multiple WhatsApp Business numbers — useful for businesses running more than one brand or business line — without duplicating contacts or logins.

Plug it into the rest of your stack
The Nudgenie dashboard is itself built on our REST API — contacts, segments, templates, Flows, campaigns, inbox, and more are all reachable directly, not locked behind a UI-only feature. A scoped Private App token covers the common integration pattern (sync contacts, create and dispatch a campaign, send an ad-hoc message) out of the box, and a signed webhook fires the moment a contact is created or updated so your CRM stays in sync without someone exporting a spreadsheet.

What's Inside
Key Capabilities
Is this Meta's actual WhatsApp Business API?
Most WhatsApp marketing tools sit between you and Meta as a black box — you hand over your number, and you get whatever their platform decides to expose. Nudgenie is a direct wrapper on Meta's own Cloud API, sending through your own WhatsApp Business Account. You keep the relationship; we build the layer that makes it usable. Nudgenie is an approved Meta Tech Provider on the WhatsApp Business Platform — not a self-declared claim, but a status Meta grants after review.
Real Flows, real delivery numbers
The Flows you build are Meta's real Flow primitive — not a proprietary automation layer wearing a WhatsApp-shaped label — and the delivery numbers you see are numbers Meta itself confirmed, not an internal best guess.
White-label for agencies, without the onboarding bottleneck
Marketing agencies can run Nudgenie under their own brand and manage every client's WhatsApp from one workspace. Because Nudgenie is a Meta Tech Provider, agencies use Meta's own Embedded Signup to onboard each client directly — no WhatsApp API tokens change hands, and no client setup waits on a ticket to us. Each client's WhatsApp Business Account stays theirs, connected directly to Meta, with Meta's own messaging rate shown per client at zero markup. Agencies can also bring an existing client WhatsApp Business Account instead of starting fresh. Nudgenie can run as our hosted SaaS or deploy inside an agency's own network for teams that need that control.
Common Questions
Is Nudgenie built on the official WhatsApp Business API?
Yes — Nudgenie connects directly to Meta's WhatsApp Cloud API using your own WhatsApp Business Account. It's not a third-party number or a reseller relationship with Meta in between.
Does WhatsApp marketing require customer opt-in?
Yes. Meta requires recorded consent before a business can message a contact, and Nudgenie enforces this automatically — no send goes out to a contact without an opt-in on record, and opt-outs (STOP replies or Meta-reported blocks/complaints) are applied automatically.
How is message delivery tracked?
Every delivery status — sent, delivered, read, failed, throttled — is confirmed by Meta's own webhook callbacks, not assumed from the initial send request succeeding. If a campaign stalls partway through, you can resend to just the recipients who failed.
What is a WhatsApp Flow?
A WhatsApp Flow is Meta's native format for structured, multi-step interactions inside a chat — think forms, bookings, or guided lead capture, without leaving WhatsApp. Nudgenie manages the full lifecycle of these (create, version, publish, retire) using Meta's own Flow format. Included from the Growth plan.
Can I build WhatsApp Flows without writing code?
Flows are authored through a form editor or JSON — there's no drag-and-drop visual builder today. Straightforward for a technical marketer or with light support; not a fully no-code experience yet.
Does Nudgenie use AI to reply to customers?
For common inbound questions, Meta's AI Business Agent can provide the first response automatically, inside the same conversation your team can see and step into at any time. It's Meta's own agent, not a third-party chatbot layered on top. Included on the Business plan.
Can I see what I'm actually spending with Meta?
Yes. Usage and spend are reported by Meta's own message categories — marketing, utility, and authentication — against a rate card kept current with Meta's own pricing, so there's no guessing what a campaign actually cost.
Can I connect more than one WhatsApp number?
Yes. One account can manage multiple WhatsApp Business numbers, each with its own visible quality rating and sending tier, so a business running more than one brand or line doesn't need separate logins or duplicated contacts.
How do I get set up?
Onboarding is assisted, not self-serve — our team handles the Meta-side setup (business verification, WhatsApp Business Account, number registration) with you, so nobody on your side has to touch a raw API token or Meta's developer console. Agencies on the white-label plan are the exception — see below.
Is Nudgenie a Meta Tech Provider?
Yes — an approved Meta Tech Provider on the WhatsApp Business Platform, a status Meta grants after review. See the white-label page for what that unlocks for agencies specifically.
Can a marketing agency white-label Nudgenie for its clients?
Yes. Agencies run Nudgenie under their own brand and manage every client from one workspace. Each client onboards themselves through Meta's Embedded Signup — or the agency links a client's existing WhatsApp Business Account — so there's no per-client setup request to Ibistra. Each client's WhatsApp Business Account stays theirs, connected directly to Meta, with Meta's messaging rate shown per client at zero markup; agency plan terms are set per partner agreement.
Can we deploy Nudgenie in our own network instead of your hosted SaaS?
Yes, for agencies and businesses that need that control. Nudgenie's white-label offering can run as our hosted SaaS or deploy inside your own infrastructure — talk to our team about which fits your setup.
Does Nudgenie have an API and webhooks?
Yes — the dashboard itself is built on this API, so contacts, segments, templates, Flows, campaigns, and inbox are all reachable through it, not limited to what a screen exposes. A scoped Private App token covers the common integration pattern out of the box (contact sync, campaign create/dispatch, ad-hoc send); broader machine-token access to the fuller surface is on our roadmap, so talk to our team if your integration needs more. A signed webhook fires the moment a contact is created or updated, so your CRM stays in sync without polling. See the Nudgenie API & Webhooks page for endpoints, auth, and payload details.
