From notebooks to real-time visibility, one bridal order at a time.

Mahesh Designer's Tiruppur is a well-known bridal wear and custom stitching studio specialising in Bridal Blouses, Lehengas, and Gowns, Aari embroidery work, and handpicked designer fabrics. Their reputation for quality had built a large, steady order volume — but the entire operation still ran on physical notebooks. As volume grew, that process couldn't keep up. Order status, bills, and even which dress belonged to which customer became difficult to track down on demand, and customers followed up anxiously with no way to get a straight answer on where their order stood. We experienced this firsthand as one of their own customers, frustrated by not knowing our own order status — which is what led us to sit down with them and understand the problem properly.

Our Solution

We started by capturing their real day-to-day operations as data, not by dropping in a generic system. What emerged went well beyond basic order tracking — staff order management, tailors logging their own daily work for accurate weekly wage calculation, and automatic WhatsApp notifications to customers for order pickup and invoicing. Every order now carries reference images of the material alongside its status, backed up daily. A detailed report page gives the owners a clear view of what's happening across the business and what needs to be prioritized today or this week.

The Outcome

Prioritization used to happen by whichever customer called and pushed hardest. Now the owners open one report page and see exactly what needs attention, based on real delivery dates and status — not who shouted loudest. Daily, weekly, and monthly revenue are a click away. The most valuable reports turned out to be payment collection and pending payment tracking, since customers would sometimes collect a dress at trial without full payment and be hard to follow up with afterward. Every payment is now tracked with full audit logs and role-based access control for staff.
